Published research
Musaab is first author of Translating and evaluating historic phenotyping algorithms using SNOMED CT, published in the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association in 2022. The study evaluated phenotyping algorithms across approximately 500,000 patient records and 276 disease phenotypes.
Selected technical experience
Before forming RefLens Ltd, Musaab designed and delivered multi-tenant software, data platforms, research tooling, AI-assisted retrieval workflows and organisation-wide digital-transformation programmes.
