Four disciplines, one delivery.

Most technical problems worth paying for sit across more than one discipline. Clinical training, engineering, research and programme delivery each answer a different question, and the useful work happens where they meet.

Research grounded in reproducible evaluation.

Musaab is first author of Translating and evaluating historic phenotyping algorithms using SNOMED CT, published in the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association in 2022. The study translated and evaluated phenotyping algorithms across approximately 500,000 patient records and 276 disease phenotypes.

  1. Digital transformation in the charitable sector

    Led the modernisation of operations for a London-based charitable trust: data platforms, reporting, and AI-assisted internal workflows.

  2. Health-software product engineering

    Designs and builds multi-tenant clinical and operational platforms, including retrieval-augmented systems with human review built in.

  3. Programme delivery at foundation scale

    Directed strategic programmes and digital transformation for a Doha-based foundation.

  4. Founding and building software companies

    Co-founded software ventures and delivered hospital, university-library and clinical reporting systems used by hospitals and universities.

  5. Clinical practice

    Practised medicine, including public-health emergency response work.
