    We clarify the problem, the users, the constraints and the outcome that needs to improve. You receive a written summary of the problem as understood.

  3. A written scope before any paid work

    Deliverables, exclusions, checkpoints, fees, responsibilities and data-security requirements, agreed in writing first.
